Whitefish Football Falls to C-Falls in Defensive Slugfest

    Rivals faced-off on the gridiron, Friday night, as Whitefish traveled to Columbia Falls for a Class "A" Conference clash.

    This was a low scoring, grind it out, smash mouth football game.

    The Columbia Falls Wildcats would edge out their rivals, Whitefish, by a final score of 3-0.

    The only score of the game came with 8:32 to go in the 2nd quarter. The Wildcats Cooper Ross would knock through a 41 yard Field Goal.

    The two teams would combine for just 300 yards of total offense: Columbia Falls-200, Whitefish-100.
