The 2024 MHSA State "A" Championship Golf Tournament took place at Polson over the weekend.
Both the Whitefish girls and boys would take home top 5 finishes.
The girls would finish 2nd overall while the boys were 4th overall.
Billings Central Girls and Laurel Boys would take home team titles.
Looking at individual performers, on the girls side:
Whitefish was led by Karlee Brown who shot a 2-day total of 169, good for 7th place.
Here teammate Stella Jaffe was right behind here, in 8th place, shooting a 2-day total of 171.
Ryhlee Scott finished tied for 17th with a 2-day total of 185.
Frenchtown's Katie Lewis won the the girls state title with a 151.
Looking at individual performers, on the boys side:
Whitefish was led by Aden Rickles, who finished 7th overall. Rickles shot a 2-day total of 148, 4-over par.
Mason O'Neil was tied for 10th with a 2-day total of 150.
Otto Klein shot a 2-day total of 159 while CJ Thew had a 163.
Polson's Max Milton would win the boys individual title with a 2-day total of 136, 8-under par.
